  3. Go to 97th Street between Broadway and West End on the south side above the parking garage. There is a little known community garden I negotiated the deal for in the early 80s. It was supposed to be a community accessible garden, you just needed to get a key from the garden committee.

  4. What a horrifyingly ugly, bland monolith.
    Hard to imagine how actual living people can
    live in such boring boxes. And, no doubt,
    horrifyingly high rents, too. Cobble Hill must
    look like Paradise in comparison.
